I own one of these and they're excellent controllers. They come with a great charging dock, which is a huge plus. While it’s not a high-end controller, there's really nothing negative about it. For $40, especially with the dock, it's hard to find anything better.
IMHO $40 isn't a good price, I bought mine for $34 a few months ago
