    I'm having trouble with the scroll wheel. Scrolling down doesn’t work at all, but scrolling up is fine. What can I do to fix this problem?

    You should clean the scroll wheel and reorient the laser inside the mouse. It's an easy process and should take you less than 25 minutes. Watch some videos to learn how to do it.
