Bought this to work with my Sonos Ray sound bar. The Sonos website did not list them as compatible, but thankfully they are. Lovely sound
My Stream stopped spinning 53 weeks after purchase. Customer Support was quick & responsive and agreed to send a replacement unit 1 week out of warranty. I hope the replacement lasts longer than a year. But kudos for the support.
Sounds great when paired with Sonos speakers. A little pricey.

- Stylish and compact design that fits various home decor styles.
- Supports multiple playback options, including vinyl, Bluetooth, and other digital sources.
Similares
- Audio-Technica AT-LP60X: Offers a more robust build quality and potentially better sound fidelity for audiophiles.
- Crosley C6 Turntable: Provides a wider range of color options and a slightly more vintage aesthetic.
- Sony PS-LX310BT: Includes Bluetooth connectivity for wireless listening and is often more budget-friendly.
What You Need to Know Before Buying
Before purchasing a turntable like the Victrola Stream Onyx, consider the following technical aspects:
- Sound Quality Expectations: Understand that built-in speakers will compromise audio fidelity compared to a separate high-fidelity system. Assess your tolerance for this compromise.
- Space Requirements: Ensure you have enough space to comfortably accommodate the turntable's dimensions and allow for easy access and operation.
- Connectivity Needs: If you primarily plan on using Bluetooth streaming, confirm the turntable's compatibility with your existing devices. If using vinyl primarily, make sure to have a good quality stylus and cartridge.
Extra Tips
- Read user reviews from various sources to get a balanced perspective on the turntable's performance and reliability.
- Consider your budget. While the focus here is not price, your budget will influence your consideration of alternatives with potentially better audio or other features.
- Check the warranty offered by the manufacturer for protection against defects.
- Think about your music listening habits. Will you be primarily using vinyl records or streaming music? This will influence the importance of the built-in speakers vs. external audio setup.
- Consider the overall style and design. Does it aesthetically complement your home and personal style?
