Apple iPad 10.2-inch Wi-Fi 64GB (2021, 9th Generation) - Color: Space Gray

Extremely sluggish tablet going into 2025. Spend the extra $50 on the 10th gen. The 9th should be under $100 now, it can barely run Safari without reloading tabs

I agree I'd go with 10th gen for the extra $50 but I have two 9th gen iPads at home and they run fine with web and gaming workloads. Your battery might be going or perhaps storage is nearly full.

Not my experience. Maybe sluggish on demanding games but everything else is snappy. ps: I don't use Safari but I just gave it a try to test out your comment. I am able to open 5 tabs on different major websites and switch between them with no issues.

Not my experience either. Mine is snappy with no lag with streaming videos, web, Reddit, etc. Last iPad with a headphone jack but on the downside it still uses lightning cable.

Yep, lightning port is the biggest downside to this tablet.

Yep. Works very well for most use cases. Amazing that the price has held at $200 for almost 3 years now!
