Attempting, blue color its really cool, but 64GB seems to make this not age very well.

  • I'm having a big dilemma about buying a tablet since I've never owned one, but I need it for work and i want to take advantage of Black Friday for this. What about this one?

well, for me only positive is this has an M-series chip so it will support Apple Intelligence. The capacity (64GB) is pretty limited though. If you need a cheaper iPad now that supports Apple Intelligence, fairly decent deal.

If it’s your first tablet and you need it for work, the iPad Air (5th Gen) is an excellent choice. The M1 chip is seriously powerful, it’ll handle work tasks like spreadsheets, video calls, or even light design with no issues. The 10.9, inch display is perfect for reading or multitasking, and it’s lightweight enough to carry anywhere. The 64GB might seem small, but if most of your work is online or stored in the cloud, it’s manageable. For a BFriday deal, you’re getting a premium tablet without paying Pro prices and stuff ...definitely worth it.

Apple iPad Air (5th Generation) - Should You Buy It?

Highlights and Advantages

  • Stunning 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with vibrant colors and excellent clarity.
  • Powerful M1 chip offering blazing-fast performance for all tasks.
  • Lightweight and portable design perfect for on-the-go productivity and entertainment.

Similar Products

  • iPad (9th generation): More affordable option, though with a less powerful processor and older design.
  • iPad mini (6th generation): More compact and portable, but with a smaller screen.
  • iPad Pro (11-inch or 12.9-inch): More powerful and features a higher-resolution display and ProMotion technology, but comes at a significantly higher price.

What You Need to Know Before Buying

Before purchasing an iPad Air (or any iPad), consider the following:

  • Storage Capacity: 64GB might be sufficient for some, but quickly fills up for others. Consider your media consumption and app usage before committing to a specific storage size. Higher storage options are available.
  • Cellular Connectivity: You've chosen the Wi-Fi only model; make sure this suits your needs. If you require internet access on the go, you'll need a cellular model.
  • Accessories: Consider the need for accessories like a keyboard case, Apple Pencil (2nd generation), or a screen protector.

Extra Tips

  1. Read reviews from various sources before making a decision.
  2. Check for current promotions or bundles that might include accessories.
  3. Compare the iPad Air with other tablets in your budget and with similar specs.
  4. Think about how you plan to use your iPad. Will you be primarily consuming media, or will it be used for productivity tasks such as note-taking or graphic design?
  5. Consider the color options available – Space Gray and Blue are excellent choices but may not suit your personal preferences.
